Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Manager with strong hands-on technical leadership, strategic product execution, and high-touch client management capabilities. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI products, specializing in Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio enterprise integrations.

You will bridge the gap between complex AI capabilities and business requirements, acting as both the primary technical guide for client stakeholders and the operational leader for internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- AI Strategy & Delivery Management:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of custom AI products, enterprise tools, and Generative AI solutions from concept through deployment.
- Define technical roadmaps, resource allocation, and execution milestones for client-facing AI engagements.
- Microsoft Copilot & Custom Solutions Architecture:
- Architect, build, and extend custom enterprise Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI infrastructure.
- Integrate LLMs, agentic workflows, and external data sources/APIs into secure, scalable enterprise ecosystems.
- Client Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary technical interface for clientstranslating complex AI architectures into clear business value.
- Conduct discovery workshops, gather requirements, present technical proofs-of-concept (POCs),



and lead solution demonstrations.
- Team Guidance & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Direct and mentor cross-functional teams of AI developers, data engineers, and UI/UX designers.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, AI governance, and code quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 5+ years of total experience in Software Engineering, AI, ML, or Generative AI, with 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
- Copilot Expertise: Deep hands-on experience building and deploying solutions with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, and Power Platform.
- Generative AI & LLMs: Robust proficiency in LLM architecture, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and API integrations.
- Client Engagement: Proven track record of managing technical enterprise client relationships, driving solution alignment, and handling executive stakeholders.
- Project & Team Execution: Hands-on experience leading agile tech teams, defining sprint deliverables, and managing project scope.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications in Microsoft Azure AI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate).
- Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, data privacy, and Responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience with Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agentic frameworks.
