Engagement Type: Part time | Approximately 10 Hours per Week

POSITION SUMMARY The AI Integrator provides hands-on, part-time support for 21Tech's internal AI strategy, helping to streamline and make efficient the entire business, by looking at possible integrations of business systems like CRM, Time tracking applications, proposal writing responses, data, and workflows with AI-enabled tools. This role will partner with leadership and teams across the organization to identify practical opportunities for AI, implement integrations and automations, and optimize how AI is used across departments to improve efficiency, information access, and day-to-day operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assess workflows across departments to identify opportunities for AI integration, automation, and process improvement.
- Integrate AI tools and capabilities with existing internal systems, applications, workflows, and data sources.
- Assist in using Claude and other AI tools to be used with efficiencies, and possible agents.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows and automations that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
- Connect internal systems through APIs, webhooks, middleware, and other integration methods.
- Help optimize the use of AI across Recruiting, HR, Operations, Professional Services, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and other business functions.
- Evaluate existing and emerging AI tools for potential internal use and recommend practical applications.
- Develop solutions using generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, and API-based integrations.
- Partner with departmental stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
- Test, troubleshoot, document, monitor,



and continuously improve AI integrations while supporting appropriate security, privacy, permissions, and responsible use of company data.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into business applications, systems, or workflows.
- Experience with generative AI platforms, large language models (LLMs), and AI-enabled automation.
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and workflow automation.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate operational needs into practical technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time, project-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with AI agents, RAG, enterprise search, or internal AI assistants.
- Experience integrating AI with CRM, ATS, HR, project management, collaboration, marketing, or financial systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Consulting or professional services experience and familiarity with AI governance or responsible-AI practices.
