Rang De is India's pioneering social peer-to-peer lending platform, committed to making formal credit affordable, accessible and borrower-centric for underserved communities. Founded in 2008, Rang De combines technology, trust and community participation to reimagine how credit reaches rural India.

Backed in its early years by Mr. Ratan Tata and recognised as a Champion of Change by the Prime Minister of India, Rang De is an RBI-regulated NBFC-P2P lending platform that connects social investors directly with rural entrepreneurs, farmers and artisans.

Our next chapter is even more ambitious. Alongside a nationwide network of AI-enabled Swabhimaan Kendras, we are building an AI Content Studio that uses AI-native filmmaking to make financial and entrepreneurial learning relatable and memorable for millions of people across India.

Role Overview A major part of this role is building the AI Content Studio's fictional world, Neemgaon — an imaginary Indian village of street vendors, farmers, artisans, weavers, nano entrepreneurs and young people whose lives intersect. Each film is a standalone story full of humour, emotion and drama, with an important financial idea woven naturally into its characters' decisions.

Neemgaon is the flagship, but you will own AI-led filmmaking across Rang De, in three areas:

1. Financial Literacy — Neemgaon

5–10 minute narrative films that never feel like educational videos. Nobody should say “I watched a video about working capital.” We'd rather they said “Did you see what happened to Kamla in the new Neemgaon story?” — and understood working capital along the way.

2. Entrepreneurship Development

Stories that help entrepreneurs learn about customers, pricing, margins, cash flow, record-keeping, negotiation, digital commerce,



failure and opportunity — memorable learning rather than conventional training videos.

3. Rang De Stories & Social Media

Films inspired by real entrepreneurs, farmers, artisans and social investors, alongside campaign, milestone and short-form social content. The goal is not simply more content, but a distinctive visual and storytelling language for Rang De, built with AI.

Responsibilities

- Take ideas from concept to finished film, working closely with Rang De's founders and teams.
- Develop stories, scripts, dialogue and visual treatments that turn financial and business concepts into compelling narratives.
- Create consistent AI-generated characters and believable fictional worlds across films.
- Use generative AI across image, video, animation, voice, lip-sync, music and sound, and edit it all into polished films.
- Create both narrative films and short-form social content, from 8 minutes to 30 seconds.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools and build workflows to produce high-quality films faster and at scale.
- Explore multilingual filmmaking across Indian languages, and work with subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy.
- Above all, tell stories people actually want to watch.

Who We're Looking For This is not a conventional video-production role. You might be a filmmaker, editor, animator, designer or content creator — or simply someone who became obsessed with generative AI and started making remarkable things with it. You will thrive here if you:

- Are passionate about generative AI and the future of filmmaking, and learn new tools extremely quickly.
- Have a strong instinct for storytelling, character, emotion, humour and pacing,



and a good visual eye.
- Can independently turn an idea into something people want to watch.
- Enjoy experimentation and iteration, and care deeply about consistency and detail.
- Are excited about creating for audiences beyond urban India, and about social impact.

Experience in filmmaking, editing, animation, screenwriting or design, familiarity with rural India or financial inclusion, and fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages are all valuable — but none is mandatory. What Matters More Than Qualifications

We don't care how many years of experience you have or whether you went to film school, and we don't expect you to know every AI tool — many we'll use six months from now don't exist yet. What matters is curiosity, creative instinct, craftsmanship and an obsession with figuring things out. Show us something that makes us ask: “How did you make that?”
