About the Role

AI5 Academy is seeking an experienced maintenance, reliability, manufacturing, industrial engineering or industrial-AI qualified who can teach predictive maintenance through real industrial use cases.

The AI5 programme connects equipment and sensor data with time-series analysis, anomaly detection, failure prediction, maintenance workflows and plant adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical Predictive Maintenance + AI sessions.
- Teach failure modes, asset criticality and maintenance data.
- Demonstrate time-series data preparation.
- Teach condition monitoring and feature engineering.
- Cover anomaly detection.
- Teach classification, failure prediction and remaining-life concepts.
- Explain model metrics, false alarms, precision, recall and lead time.
- Demonstrate maintenance prioritisation workflows.
- Teach model outputs → alerts → work-order processes.
- Cover industrial copilots and AI-assisted troubleshooting.
- Explain CMMS integration and human override.
- Teach plant-level AI adoption, ROI and rollout.
- Guide learners through industrial AI capstone projects.

Ideal Candidate

- 4+ years of maintenance, reliability, manufacturing, industrial engineering or industrial-AI experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of real plant/equipment workflows.
- Practical AI/ML experience.
- Comfortable working with industrial datasets.
- Able to explain technical concepts to mixed technical/nontechnical learners.
- Strong project and case-study orientation.
