Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Good to have skills : Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture

Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer actively works on implementing generative AI models within various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing techniques.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs and continuous refinement of models to enhance performance are key aspects of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize AI models to maintain high performance and reliability.
- Document technical designs and processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Robust knowledge of deep learning techniques and neural network design.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI models in cloud or on-premises environments.
- Familiarity with AI application pipelines ensuring production-grade quality and scalability.
- Ability to work with various AI tools and frameworks to build intelligent systems.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
