Role Description The AI Engineer role at CX24 Digital Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions, including pattern recognition systems, neural networks, and NLP-based applications, to support initiatives across CX24’s core industries and digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams, implementing and optimizing machine learning pipelines, integrating AI components into production-grade software, and ensuring scalability,



reliability, and performance of AI solutions.

The role also involves data exploration and preprocessing, experimentation and evaluation of models, documentation of technical approaches, and contributing to best practices for AI engineering and software development.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with experience building and training machine learning or deep learning models.
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including model development, evaluation, and deployment.
- Experience with contemporary AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, spaCy, Hugging Face).
- Knowledge of data engineering and analytics concepts, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model monitoring.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in domains such as automotive, aerospace, BFSI, or airlines, or familiarity with industrial IoT and digital platforms, is an advantage.
