Job Title: Mid-Level Full-Stack Web Developer (AI & SEO Implementation)

Role Overview

We are a growing digital agency looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer who is highly fluent in AI tools and automation to join our team.

Your core mission is to use AI capabilities to execute website changes rapidly and efficiently. You will leverage your full-stack skills and AI knowledge to implement smart site changes, automate technical SEO tasks, and deploy AI-driven features directly onto our clients' WordPress and Shopify sites.

Core Responsibilities

AI-Assisted Development & Implementation

- AI-Driven Site Updates: Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to quickly generate, debug, and push functional code updates (HTML/CSS/JS/PHP/Liquid) across client websites.
- Smart Content & Feature Deployment: Implement AI-generated content hubs, programmatic SEO landing pages, schema markups, and internal linking structures at scale.
- Widget Integration: Embed and configure ready-made AI features (like smart search bars, product recommendation widgets, or AI chatbots) into client storefronts.

WordPress & Shopify Management

- Shopify Execution: Confidently make theme modifications, adjust Liquid code, configure metafields, and use the Shopify Admin to execute SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- WordPress Execution: Modify themes, work with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, etc.), handle plugin configurations, and manage database updates safely.
- Data Automation: Use basic scripts, APIs, or tools like Zapier/Make to push bulk data (e.g., AI-optimized product descriptions or meta tags)



into client sites efficiently.

SEO & Performance Alignment

- Technical SEO Fixes: Implement critical recommendations from SEO audits, including fixing sitewide duplicate content, broken redirects, and broken code.
- Core Web Vitals: Ensure that any AI tools or heavy scripts injected into client sites do not hurt page load speeds or mobile responsiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–4 years of agency or freelance experience managing and developing for WordPress and Shopify sites.
- AI Fluency: High comfort level using AI tools and basic API integrations to accelerate your coding, debugging, and data processing.
- Frontend/Backend Basics: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP (for WordPress), and Liquid (for Shopify). Python knowledge is a bonus for automation.
- SEO Understanding: Good foundational knowledge of on-page SEO, semantic HTML, site hierarchy, and metadata formatting.
- Communication & Remote Setup: Robust English communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with our remote agency team. Must have a reliable internet connection and a robust remote work environment.

What Success Looks Like

- Speed & Agility: Turning around client site requests and SEO optimization tasks in record time by leveraging AI workflows.
- Accuracy: Ensuring bulk changes (like updating 500 meta descriptions via AI pipelines) land perfectly on live client sites without formatting errors.
- Problem Solving: Figuring out the easiest, lowest-friction way to add smart AI features to a standard WordPress or Shopify theme without breaking the budget or timeline.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
