Key Responsibilities:

- Understand business needs and translate them into AI/ML-based solutions.

- Design and implement machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.

- Develop APIs and integrate AI models into web/mobile applications.

- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.

- Monitor and fine-tune model performance for real-world deployment.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers for smooth implementation.

- Stay updated with the latest AI research and technologies.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), and familiarity with ML libraries.

- Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.

- Understanding of data preprocessing, model training,



evaluation, and deployment.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating AI into applications.

- Knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.

Mandatory:

- 2+yrs experience working in startups or product-driven environments.

- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or vector databases like Pinecone/FAISS.

- Contributions to open-source AI projects.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
