About the Role

Globe Design is looking for an experienced AI Automation & Operations Manager who can lead the adoption of AI and automation across our business operations.

This is a hands-on role. We are not looking for someone who only understands AI theoretically. We need someone who can study our existing business and factory processes, identify repetitive and time-consuming tasks, and implement practical AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, communication and profitability.

The person joining us will initially work independently and will eventually be responsible for building and managing an AI/automation function within the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing factory, office, sales, client servicing and administrative workflows.
- Identify processes that can be improved or automated using AI and automation.
- Build and implement AI-powered workflows and business automations.
- Automate client follow-ups, emails, reminders, lead management and communication.
- Explore and implement WhatsApp, CRM and email automation.
- Implement AI chatbots, AI assistants and AI agents where applicable.
- Integrate AI tools and third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks and automation platforms.
- Automate repetitive data entry, reporting, documentation and internal workflows.
- Use tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other relevant AI platforms where appropriate.
- Continuously research new AI tools and technologies that can provide practical value to the company.
- Work with different departments to understand their challenges and develop automation solutions.
- Measure the impact of automation in terms of time saved, productivity,



cost reduction and business efficiency.
- Train employees on AI tools and newly implemented workflows.
- Conduct regular internal AI workshops and training sessions, including Sunday staff workshops when required.
- Establish AI usage guidelines and best practices across the organization.
- Eventually build, manage and mentor an internal AI automation team.

What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant experience in AI Automation, Business Process Automation, Workflow Automation, AI Integration, Digital Transformation or related fields.
- Strong practical understanding of up-to-date AI tools and LLM-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar.
- Experience integrating APIs, webhooks and third-party applications.
- Experience with CRM, WhatsApp, email or lead-management automation is highly valuable.
- Understanding of AI agents, chatbots and automated workflows.
- Ability to analyze a business process and determine where AI or automation can create measurable value.
- Strong problem-solving and process-optimization skills.
- Ability to independently research, test and implement new AI tools.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical employees.




- Experience training or managing a team will be an advantage.
- Basic programming knowledge such as Python, JavaScript or API scripting is a plus, but the primary requirement is the ability to implement practical business automation.

Important This is not purely an AI/ML research or data-science position.

We are looking for someone who can take real-world business problems and turn them into practical AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate should be able to say:

“Show me how your business currently works, and I will identify what can be automated, design the workflow, implement it, train the team and continuously improve it.”
