About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead enterprise AI architecture, Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, AI governance, and AI-driven modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will define scalable, secure, and reliable AI architectures, integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems, and collaborate with global delivery teams to drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement enterprise AI architecture and technology roadmaps.
- Design and develop scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead GenAI modernization initiatives, including the integration of LLMs into enterprise applications.
- Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Establish AI governance frameworks covering security, privacy, responsible AI, compliance, and model lifecycle management.
- Evaluate AI platforms, frameworks, models, and tools to select appropriate technologies.
- Design and oversee AI solution integration with APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise data systems.
- Define standards for model deployment, monitoring, performance optimization, and MLOps/LLMOps.
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, reliability, cost efficiency, and security.
- Support legacy system modernization through AI-driven transformation strategies.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, data engineers, ML engineers, developers, and global delivery teams.
- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams.

Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an AI Architect, Enterprise AI Architect, ML Architect, or in a similar senior technical role.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, AI/ML architecture, and solution design.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI,



Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud AI services and platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and security controls.
- Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting enterprise modernization, digital transformation, or large-scale technology programs.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent enterprise AI platforms.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.
- Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks.
- Understanding of enterprise data platforms, data governance, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience working with distributed global teams and enterprise-scale delivery programs.
