About Position:

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with a strong background in Java and mobile development to design, architect, and deliver next-generation AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Android, iOS, mobile architecture patterns, cloud-native architectures, and modern Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, solution architecture expertise, and hands-on development capabilities to drive AI transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms.

What You'll Do:

- Lead Java and Mobile application development using Java Spring Boot, Android, and iOS.
- Provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Design microservices-based, cloud-native architectures following best engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, data scientists, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, and AI governance frameworks.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools for enterprise adoption.
- Review system designs, conduct technical assessments, and mentor development teams.
- Define observability, security, scalability, and performance strategies for AI applications.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Proficient in Java and Spring Boot 2.
- Strong experience in mobile development for Android OS and iOS OS.
- Expertise in Micro Services architecture and Cloud Native Reference Architecture solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Responsible Generative AI technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Identity and Access Governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with observability and performance monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of security best practices in application development.




- Experience in Developing Others.
- Extensive experience in software architecture and development, particularly in Java and mobile technologies.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving innovation in AI applications.
- Strong technical leadership and solution architecture capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience establishing architecture standards, governance frameworks, and engineering best practices.
- Strong understanding of scalable, resilient, and cloud-native application architectures.
- Ability to mentor development teams and conduct technical assessments.
