As we are in our initial growth stage, we are looking for a versatile Agriculture Graduate who is ready to take responsibility across multiple areas of our business.

Position

Agriculture Operations & Business Development Executive

Qualification

- B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. Horticulture / related Agriculture degree
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge and willingness to learn are welcome
- Candidates with 1–2 years of agricultural/farm experience will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day farm operations
- Plan and supervise crop cultivation activities
- Coordinate with farm workers and vendors
- Maintain farm records, crop schedules and input records
- Support natural/organic farming practices and field implementation
- Assist in poultry, dairy, vegetables and integrated farming activities
- Monitor crop growth, pests, diseases and field requirements
- Support procurement of seeds, inputs and other farm materials
- Coordinate product harvesting, packing and dispatch
- Support CarryOrganics customer orders and deliveries
- Develop relationships with customers and local businesses
- Assist in sales,



marketing and social media activities
- Conduct basic market research and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports
- Be ready to work hands-on at the farm whenever required
