About Revin Krishi

Revin Krishi is an IIT Palakkad-incubated agritech startup building climate-smart, data-driven solutions for farmers and agricultural communities.

We are looking for an Agriculture Intern interested in agriculture, farmer engagement, field activities, agribusiness, market research, and agritech. The intern will work closely with our team and gain practical exposure to real-world agricultural challenges and technology-driven solutions.

Role Overview

As an Agriculture Intern, you will support Revin Krishi's agriculture, field, and community development activities. You will gain hands-on experience in farmer engagement, field data collection, farmer training, agribusiness, market intelligence, research & development, and agritech solutions.

What You Will Be Responsible For

•Farmer Engagement & Field Visits – Interact with farmers, understand their requirements, and support field activities.

•Field Data Collection – Collect and document crop, farm, and farmer-related information.

•Community Development – Support farmer onboarding, awareness programmes, demonstrations, and community activities.

•Farmer Training & Capacity Building – Assist in farmer training sessions and communicate agricultural and technology-based solutions in simple language.





•Agribusiness & Market Intelligence – Support market research, crop mapping, farmer/FPO research, and identification of agricultural opportunities.

•Agritech Support – Work with the team on technology-driven agricultural projects and gather farmer feedback from the field.

Required Skills

•Basic understanding of agriculture and farming practices.

•Positive communication skills in Malayalam.

•Comfortable interacting directly with farmers.

•Willingness to travel to farms and villages.

•Basic digital and technical skills.

•Good observation, documentation, and communication skills.

•Interest in agribusiness and agricultural market research.

•Willingness to learn about Agritech, AI, IoT, climate-smart agriculture, and digital farming.

Preferred Qualifications

•B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture / Agricultural Engineering / related agricultural courses.

•Freshers and students looking for practical industry and field exposure are welcome.

•Candidates with a farming background or interest in farmer engagement will be preferred.

•Two-wheeler and willingness to travel will be an advantage.
