AGM – Solar Project Management will oversee the full lifecycle of solar projects, with responsibility for managing an overall portfolio of 2 GW. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The AGM will lead project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Must have at least 8-10 years of experience handling multiple solar projects with a minimum of 2GW capacity by stationed at HO.

- Oversee all aspects of solar project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation

- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Manage project progress and report on status to senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project documentation,



including schedules, budgets, and risk assessments
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project completion
- Lead and mentor project management team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor industry trends and technologies to enhance project efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
