AGM – Purchase experienced in the Electrical Manufacturing Industry to join our team.

? Location: Lucknow

? Experience: 8+ Years

? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / related Engineering discipline

? Railway Industry experience will be an added advantage*

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Purchase & Procurement function.
- Develop strategic sourcing and procurement plans.
- Handle procurement of electrical, mechanical, raw materials, and engineering components.
- Manage vendor development, evaluation, and performance.
- Lead price negotiation, cost reduction, and commercial discussions.
- Ensure timely material availability as per production requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, Stores, Finance,



and Projects teams.
- Drive cost optimization and improve procurement processes.
- Lead and manage the Purchase team.

Candidate Profile:

✔️ 8+ years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience

✔️ Engineering background preferred

✔️ Strong experience in electrical/engineering manufacturing

✔️ Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills

✔️ Knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an added advantage

✔️ Solid leadership and analytical skills
