About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated professionals for the Agency Channel (IM Recruitment) in the Insurance sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for recruiting Insurance Managers/Agency Managers and building the agency distribution network. The role involves identifying potential candidates, onboarding them, developing business opportunities, and supporting the growth of the agency channel.

Candidates with previous experience in Insurance Agency Channel recruitment, agency development, and business development will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard Insurance Managers/Agency Managers/Agency Partners as per business requirements.
- Identify potential candidates through various recruitment sources and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong agency recruitment pipeline.
- Support newly recruited members with onboarding and training coordination.
- Develop and maintain qualified relationships with agency partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through the agency channel.
- Achieve assigned recruitment, business, and revenue targets.
- Monitor the performance of recruited agency members and provide regular support.
- Coordinate with the sales/agency team to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain recruitment and business-related reports and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable insurance guidelines.





Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in any Insurance Agency Channel.
- Experience in agency recruitment and business development is preferred.
- Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Ability to identify and recruit suitable candidates.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good understanding of the insurance agency/distribution business.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to travel locally for recruitment and business development activities, when required.
