About the Role

Kosmoderma is looking for an experienced, confident and client-focused Aesthetic Nurse to join our Sarjapur Road clinic.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable performing aesthetic treatments, interacting closely with clients and taking ownership of the complete treatment experience—from preparing the client and carrying out the procedure to documentation, aftercare and follow-up.

The ideal candidate should combine strong clinical discipline with warmth, professionalism and a good understanding of aesthetic treatments and skincare.

Key ResponsibilitiesAesthetic Treatments & Procedures

- Independently perform aesthetic procedures that fall within the nurse’s training and clinic protocols, including laser hair reduction, medi-facials and other non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
- Assist dermatologists/doctors during procedures that require medical supervision.
- Prepare clients appropriately before every procedure and provide clear post-treatment and aftercare instructions.
- Operate aesthetic devices and equipment safely, following prescribed treatment parameters and clinic protocols.
- Ensure client comfort, privacy and safety throughout the treatment.
- Understand contraindications and escalate any clinical concern to the doctor before proceeding with treatment.

Client Experience & Counselling
- Build a warm and professional relationship with clients and ensure they have a consistently positive clinic experience.
- Clearly explain treatments, expected outcomes, treatment schedules, maintenance requirements and aftercare.
- Follow up with clients where required and respond appropriately to treatment-related concerns.
- Proactively identify relevant treatments,



packages or skincare solutions that may benefit the client.
- Support cross-selling and upselling of appropriate clinic services and treatment plans, while keeping recommendations relevant to the client’s needs.
- Help improve client retention, repeat visits and completion of prescribed treatment plans.

EMR & Documentation
- Complete EMR entries accurately and on time for every client and procedure.
- Record treatment details, machine settings, products used, observations, photographs and follow-up instructions wherever applicable.
- Ensure client consent forms and other required documentation are completed before treatment.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of client information and medical records.

Treatment Room, Hygiene & Equipment
- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared before every appointment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sterilisation, infection control and hygiene.
- Clean and disinfect equipment after procedures according to clinic protocols.
- Check that machines, consumables and treatment products are available and ready for use.
- Report low stock, expired products, equipment issues or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Follow biomedical waste disposal and clinic safety procedures.

Clinic Operations & Teamwork
- Coordinate closely with doctors, front-desk teams and other clinic staff to ensure smooth client flow.
- Ensure treatments begin on time and minimise unnecessary waiting for clients.
- Support follow-up appointments, treatment-plan adherence and client communication when required.




- Participate in clinic training and stay updated on new aesthetic treatments, technologies and protocols.
- Contribute towards clinic-level client experience, treatment and revenue goals.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who has:
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or other relevant recognised nursing qualification
- Preferably valid nursing registration, as applicable
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, skin clinic, cosmetology centre or similar environment
- Hands-on experience with laser hair reduction and aesthetic/medical facials
- Familiarity with aesthetic machines, treatment protocols and basic skincare
- Good understanding of hygiene, sterilisation, infection control and patient safety
- Ability to use computers and clinic software for EMR/documentation
- Strong spoken communication skills; English proficiency is important
- Ability to explain treatments confidently and build trust with clients
- A professional, well-groomed and client-friendly manner

Working Schedule This is a full-time, six-day-a-week position based at the Kosmoderma Clinic, Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru.

Candidates should be comfortable working according to clinic timings and schedules, including weekends where required.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
