Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech)
- 2-5 years of experience in Project/Program Management/PMO/Planning roles
- Strong communication, stakeholder and CFT management skills (Global stakeholder management would be an added advantage).
- Aerospace industry experience is mandatory (OEM or Tier-1 Supplier) (Either working in the client project as a consultant or as a PM in the supplier side)
- Proven experience in driving program governance, planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Experience in managing risks, issues, dependencies, and actions

Candidates should have experience in managing programs within one or more of the following areas:

- NPI (Current product Introduction)
- Manufacturing or Industrialization
