We are looking for a Ads & Creative Copywriter who understands advertising, creative thinking and performance marketing. You should be able to turn audience insights and campaign objectives into sharp, engaging and conversion focused copy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualise high converting ad ideas, hooks, headlines and creative angles
- write sharp, impactful and minimalist copy for Meta Ads, Google Ads, static creatives and video campaigns
- Conduct competitor and audience research to identify trends, insights and new messaging opportunities
- Develop multiple copy variations for creative testing and performance campaigns
- Collaborate with designers, video editors and performance marketers to build effective ad creatives
- Adapt communication across multiple clients and industries including Healthcare, Sports, Real Estate, Education, Lifestyle, SaaS and more

What We're Looking For:





- 3-4 years of relevant experience in a Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative or Performance Marketing Agency is mandatory
- Robust understanding of advertising and performance focused creative copy
- Experience working across multiple client accounts and different brand voices
- Ability to think beyond writing and understand how copy, visuals and performance work together
- Strong research skills with the ability to turn competitor insights and audience behaviour into creative angles
- Excellent English communication with a sharp, concise and creative writing style
- Relevant advertising/campaign portfolio is required, showcasing ad copies, hooks, creative concepts, video scripts or campaign work
- Candidates with experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads and performance marketing campaigns will be preferred.
