ABOUT THE ROLE

Dream Life Education is hiring Admission Telecalling Executives to communicate with students and parents, understand their higher-education requirements, provide initial admission guidance and generate qualified leads for the admission closing team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make a minimum of 150 outbound call attempts every day.
- Communicate professionally with students and parents.
- Understand the student’s marks, preferred course, budget, location and college requirements.
- Explain available courses, colleges, fees, scholarships, hostel facilities and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested students and parents regularly.
- Identify serious prospects and transfer qualified leads to the Admission Closing Executive.
- Schedule counselling sessions, office appointments and college campus visits.
- Update every call, lead status and follow-up activity correctly in the CRM.
- Maintain complete and accurate student information.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle questions and basic objections professionally.




- Support the student until counselling or admission handover is completed.
- Maintain professional communication and protect student data.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

Hiring candidates for the following language categories:
- Tamil Speakers
- Hindi Speakers
- Malayalam Speakers

Candidates who can communicate in two or more languages will be given priority. Basic English communication is preferred.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking continuously with students and parents.
- Target-oriented and disciplined.
- Basic computer, Excel and CRM knowledge.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Must be willing to work from the Coimbatore office.
- Telecalling, sales or educational-admission experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
