Role Description The Admissions Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for guiding prospective students through the entire admissions and student visa process. Day-to-day tasks include counseling students on study abroad options, evaluating academic profiles, and assisting with university and course selection for countries such as Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Current Zealand, and Singapore. The role involves coordinating application documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and liaising with universities, colleges, and partner institutions.

The Admissions

Officer will respond to inquiries, manage follow-ups,



provide updates on application status, and deliver excellent customer service to students and families. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records in internal systems, staying current on international education and visa regulations, and collaborating with colleagues to support marketing and outreach activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to support and guide students and families effectively.
- Candidates should possess International Admissions and Education-related knowledge to evaluate profiles and advise on suitable programs and institutions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in overseas education consulting, university admissions, or visa counseling is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with student visa processes for Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and online application portals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
