· Salary: Best in the industry The Manager - Admissions and Outreach will lead and oversee the university's student recruitment and outreach activities. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and enroll a diverse and talented student body while fostering strong relationships with schools, communities, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive admissions strategy aligned with the university's goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with institutional policies.
- Collaborate with academic departments to establish admission criteria and guidelines.

- Outreach and Recruitment:

- Design and implement outreach campaigns to promote the university’s programs and offerings.




- Build and maintain relationships with schools, counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in outreach events, including open houses, school fairs, and webinars.
- Utilize data analytics to identify target demographics and enhance recruitment efforts.

- Marketing and Communication:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and digital campaigns.
- Manage the admissions-related content on the university website and social media platforms.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.

- Data Management and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key metrics, such as application numbers, conversion rates, and enrollment trends.
- Prepare and present reports to leadership on recruitment and admissions performance.

- Team Leadership:

- Supervise and mentor the admissions team, providing training and career development opportunities.
- Foster a team-oriented and goal-oriented team culture.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, marketing, management).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in university admissions, recruitment, or related roles.
