Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the complete student admission process.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve admission targets.

- Handle parent enquiries, counselling, school visits, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the Principal, academic team, and management regarding admissions.

- Maintain admission records, databases, and reports.

- Build strong relationships with parents and prospective students.

- Conduct and oversee admission counselling and interaction sessions.

- Monitor competitor schools and market trends.

- Train and guide the admissions/counselling team.

- Ensure a smooth and positive parent experience throughout the admission process.

Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in any relevant discipline.

- 5+ years of experience in school admissions, counselling, business development, or a related role.

- Robust communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.

- Good knowledge of the school education sector.

- Target-oriented and strong leadership skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and admission/CRM systems.

- Candidates with experience in reputed schools or education groups will be preferred.
