Role Description The Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, while providing clear and timely information about programs, eligibility, and fees.

The Admission

Counselor will conduct counseling sessions in person and over the phone, manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records of interactions and applications. Daily tasks include coordinating with academic and administrative teams, organizing information sessions or campus visits,



and meeting enrollment targets through ethical and learner-focused counseling. The role also requires handling queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive, professional experience for all prospective learners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with learners and families.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide a supportive admissions experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads, follow up proactively, and help achieve enrollment goals in a responsible manner.
- Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, preferably in counseling, admissions, or academic advising.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools, robust organizational and documentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment.
