Admissions Head

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience: 10+ years in EdTech Sales / Business Development / Admissions

6+ years preferably in a Manager / Senior Manager role

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / Management; MBA preferred

CTC: Up to 70,000

ROLE OVERVIEW: Responsible for driving admissions, sales conversions and revenue targets, while leading the Business Development team and managing sales operations, performance, lead management and team development.

KEY REQUIREMENTS – MANDATORY:

- This will be an In-House Sales role
- Sales experience in the EdTech industry
- Experience handling and managing a team of at least 50 people
- Experience managing team performance and reporting




- Robust experience in lead management, sales pipeline & conversions
- Experience in achieving admission and revenue targets
- Good knowledge of CRM, sales processes & performance metrics
