Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, presentable and student-focused Admission Counsellor to handle admission enquiries, counsel parents and students, and support the complete admission process from enquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in, telephonic and online admission enquiries from parents and students.
- Explain the schools curriculum, academic programs, facilities, fee structure, admission criteria and policies.
- Counsel parents and students regarding suitable academic programs and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective parents and students to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate admission forms, document verification, entrance tests and student interviews.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications and confirmed admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Conduct and assist in campus tours, orientation sessions, open houses and admission events.




- Handle parent queries and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Generate admission leads through calls, references, school outreach and other relevant channels.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups and admission conversions.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work under admission targets.
- Prior experience in school admissions, counselling, education sales or customer handling will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, education sales, front office or a related role preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a confident personality may also be considered.
