Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their educational requirements, explaining courses/programs, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from students and parents through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, fees, batches, and admission procedures.
- Understand students’ educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert enquiries and leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams for a smooth admission process.
- Achieve assigned admission and counselling targets.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, events,



and student outreach activities when required.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi will be an advantage.
- Confident and friendly personality.
- Positive convincing and counselling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM systems.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, education sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
