Job Summary: We are seeking a energetic and target-driven Admissions Counselor to guide students through the enrollment process for undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), MBA, and PGDM programs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students and parents regarding course selection, eligibility, and career prospects. Manage end-to-end admissions pipeline , from handling initial lead inquiries and conducting campus tours to final documentation and fee collection. Conduct profile evaluations to help candidates choose appropriate profiles for competitive MBA and PGDM selections.
Achieve enrollment targets through cold calling, follow-ups, and organizing educational fairs or seminars.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA/PGDM preferred). 1–3 years of experience in educational counseling, student recruitment, or sales. Exceptional communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
