Position: Admission Counsellor

Location: Royale Concorde International School, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to handle prospective parent enquiries, counselling, school visits, and admission conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and digital leads.
- Counsel parents and explain the school’s curriculum, facilities, fees and admission process.
- Schedule and coordinate campus visits and follow up with prospective parents.
- Maintain enquiry and admission records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned admission targets and conversion goals.




- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admissions.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in school admissions, counselling, sales or education marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing, follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in English and local languages.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
