? CTC: ₹3–6 LPA
? Work Mode: Work from Office
? What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1+ years of experience in EdTech Sales
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience with a single organisation
✅ Graduation is mandatory
✅ Currently working as an Individual Contributor (IC)
✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✅ Robust communication, counselling & negotiation skills
? Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and qualify prospective learners
- Understand learner requirements and build strong rapport
- Generate genuine interest in relevant programs
- Drive conversions and achieve assigned targets
- Coordinate with Admission Counsellors
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM
- Ensure timely and effective follow-ups with prospects
