Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the diagnostic centre and home collection services.

- Coordinate with Phlebotomists, Lab Technicians, Telecallers, and other staff.

- Monitor daily home collection bookings, sample collections, and reports.

- Handle patient/customer queries and ensure timely service.

- Maintain attendance, staff schedules, records, and basic administrative documentation.

- Coordinate with the central laboratory, accounts, and management teams.

- Monitor inventory, consumables, and other centre requirements.

- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and track pending activities.

Requirements

- Any Bachelor's degree; healthcare/administration experience preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in Diagnostic Centre, Hospital, Healthcare, or Home Collection operations.

- Good communication, coordination, and team-management skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

- Ability to handle multiple operational activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
