Collaborate closely with existing implementation staff and sales teams within BNPP

- Coordinate with internal BNPP teams on model setup, host-to-host integration, and address any technical challenges faced by clients
- Assist clients in completing related documentation and forward it to the relevant teams within BNPP
- Oversee client setup and coordinate with clients and internal teams, facilitated by BNPP staff




- Coordinate the distribution of welcome letters and support clients in accessing net banking and current products within net banking
- Monitor client usage on net banking across various products
- Share MIS with BNPP, including details on conversion, status, and other relevant metrics
