We’re looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join our team on a contract employment basis.

? Experience: 1+ year in Ad Operations

? Preferred: E-commerce industry experience

? Qualification: B.Tech / MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Ad Operations and Monetization activities

Coordinate with Brands, Sales, Category and Store teams

Handle ad serving, campaign execution and reporting

Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights

Ensure timely execution and report generation

Identify and resolve operational issues proactively

Lead and manage a small Ad Operations team

Drive process improvements and maintain high execution quality
