Senior Payment Follow-up / Receivables ExecutiveExperience: 10+ Years

Location: Noida

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle B2B payment follow-ups and outstanding receivables with customers.
- Regularly coordinate with clients for payment collection and overdue invoices.
- Maintain and monitor customer outstanding, ageing and collection reports.
- Strong knowledge of Debit/Credit notes, invoices, reconciliations and ledger accounts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and customers to resolve payment and billing issues.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.
- Maintain proper records of all follow-ups, commitments and payment status.

Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of experience in B2B collections / receivables / payment follow-up.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Strong understanding of accounts, debit/credit, ledgers and reconciliation.
- Should be persistent, organised and capable of independently handling customer collections.
- Experience in manufacturing / B2B companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
