Role Overview: -
The Accounts Payable Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process across the One Guardian ecosystem, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
You will play a key role in supporting the finance function by ensuring smooth AP operations,
maintaining vendor relationships, and contributing to efficient financial processes within a quick-paced
FMCG environment backed by Ananta Capital.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation
- Manage end-to-end AP cycle including invoice booking, approvals, GRN matching, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Monitor outstanding payables, maintain aging reports, and ensure timely vendor payments
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and internal stakeholders for invoice validations and clarifications
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GST, TDS, and audit requirements
- Support month-end closing activities and prepare AP-related MIS reports
- Maintaining vendor master data with proper documentation and record-keeping
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency
Key Requirements: -
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance (B. Com/M. Com preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and invoice verification processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Develop MIS dashboards and KPIs related to inventory, logistics, procurement, and supply chain performance.
Ensure adherence to financial controls, SOPs, and internal audit requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational and financial efficiency.
Preferred Background
FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, or D2C organizations.
Experience working closely with procurement, manufacturing plants, warehouses, or distribution networks.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
