We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee daily accounting, financial reporting, payment management, and statutory compliance.

Candidates from any industry may apply. Travel & Tourism experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, customer collections, and supplier payments.
- Ensure timely bank, customer, vendor, branch, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, outstanding payments, and financial controls.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial summaries, and outstanding statements for management.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other applicable compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and Chartered Accountants for audits, account closing, and financial statements.
- Verify invoices, refunds,



credit/debit notes, and payment requests.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Ticketing teams for accurate accounting.
- Supervise the Accounts Team and ensure timely completion of work.

What We’re Looking For
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 4 years of hands-on accounting experience, with the ability to independently manage accounting operations.
- Solid working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
- Experience in reconciliations, cash-flow management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to supervise a team and coordinate effectively with other departments.
- Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
