We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping and financial statement preparation, with strong knowledge of Tally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

 Maintain and update books of accounts  Record all financial transactions including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities

 Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries

 Handle journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations

1. Financial Management

 Perform monthly closing of accounts  Prepare and maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance

 Monitor cash flow and financial transactions regularly

1. MIS & Reporting

 Prepare Monthly MIS reports, including: o Profit & Loss Statement (P&L;)





o Balance Sheet o Cash Flow Statement

 Analyse financial data and highlight key insights for management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 CA Inter

 Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel

 Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

 Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

 Good organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

 Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis

 In-Depth knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS) is a plus

 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
