Accounts Executive

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

- M.Com / MBA Finance / relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.

Required Experience:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable.

- Hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Experience in reconciliations, collections, ageing reports, and accounting documentation.

- Exposure to Bill Discounting and its accounting treatment will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate ledger posting.

- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and bookkeeping activities.

- Perform Bank, Sales, Customer, Vendor, Cash, and Card reconciliations.

- Manage customer collections and payment follow-ups.

- Prepare and maintain Ageing Reports and support collection tracking.

- Handle Bill Discounting processes and related accounting entries.

- Verify transactions and ensure accurate posting across relevant ledgers and books.

- Assist in tax documentation, statutory records, and financial reporting.





- Maintain accurate accounting records, supporting documents, and financial statements.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting, reconciliation, and transaction records.

- Support the preparation of MIS and basic financial reports as required.

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting activities.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.

- Good understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, and Ledger Management.

- Solid numerical and analytical skills with attention to accuracy.

- Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel, and MS Office.

- Good documentation and record-management skills.
