About the Role:

We are hiring an Accounts Assistant for a textile company to support day-to-day accounting operations, GST and TDS data preparation, accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial documentation. The candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting processes and be comfortable handling routine accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- GST & TDS data preparation and entry

- Sales & Purchase entries

- Daily accounting entries and ledger maintenance

- Bank and ledger reconciliation

- Invoice and accounting documentation

- Debit Note & Credit Note entries

- Maintaining accurate financial records





- Supporting routine accounting and compliance-related activities

- Coordination with internal teams for accounting-related requirements

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Accounting, GST, and TDS

- Understanding of Sales & Purchase accounting

- Knowledge of reconciliation processes

- Good command of MS Excel and accounting software

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication and coordination skills
