Job Overview

WebSenor is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, GST, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.
- Handle GST calculations, GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor company expenses and maintain proper expense records.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursement management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.




- Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and organize financial records.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of invoicing, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Knowledge of accounting software and taxation is preferred.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in IT or service-based companies will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Solid sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and time management.
