Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accountant role based in Jaipur. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, invoices and general ledger maintenance.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The role involves monitoring cash flow, supporting internal audits, maintaining accurate financial records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making. The Accountant will also help streamline accounting processes and support periodic management reporting.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management, journal entry posting, and account reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and analysis, such as preparing balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and supporting management dashboards.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation and compliance, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements relevant to Indian regulations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, along with comfort using ERP systems or other financial tools.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Beneficial qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA/CPA/Cost Accounting) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or diversified businesses, and familiarity with inventory accounting and cost control, will be considered a plus.
