Job Summary

Amrit Engineers is looking for an experienced Accountant / Finance Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and finance coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping

Sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management

Customer outstanding and payment follow-up

Bank and ledger reconciliation

GST preparation and filing, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B

TDS calculation, payment, and return coordination

Monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash-flow, and MIS reporting

Expense monitoring and payment scheduling

Maintaining proper records for audit and statutory compliance





Working with Zoho Books and ERP/accounting software

Coordinating with auditors, tax consultants, vendors, customers, and management

Qualification & Experience

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent

Minimum 3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience

Solid practical knowledge of GST filing

Experience with ERP/accounting software

Zoho Books experience preferred

Good MS Excel skills

Knowledge of TDS, reconciliation, taxation, and accounting compliance

Ability to independently manage accounts and meet statutory deadlines

Joining: Immediate / Early joiners preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
