Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Delhi-NCR (Noida), India. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording journal entries, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, tracking receivables and payables, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, supporting tax and statutory compliance, and preparing documentation for audits.



The Accountant will also help improve financial processes, maintain organized records, and support management with regular financial summaries and reports.

Qualifications

- Solid foundational accounting skills, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
- Knowledge of taxation, compliance with Indian accounting standards, and support for audits and statutory reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data analysis.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with legal professionals, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a professional services, law firm, or consulting environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Delhi-NCR (Noida) and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
