Bandhan Pipes is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, credit/debit notes, receipts and payments.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and verify GST-related records, returns and reconciliations.
- Handle TDS entries, calculations and related documentation.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain customer, dealer and supplier ledgers.
- Follow up and maintain records of outstanding receivables and payables.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of accounting reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, customers and suppliers when required.
- Support management with accounting reports and financial data.




- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Handle other finance and accounting responsibilities as assigned.

- Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Tally.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing, trading or industrial company will be preferred.
- Candidates with practical knowledge of GST, TDS and Tally will be given preference.
