Role Description The Accountant at AR GLOBAL HUB will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording and reconciling transactions, preparing invoices, and tracking accounts receivable and payable. This role involves maintaining accurate ledgers, assisting with budgeting, monitoring cash flow, and preparing periodic financial reports for management.

The Accountant will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation rules, and internal financial policies, while supporting audits and financial reviews as needed.



The role also includes collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and maintain transparent records for student-related payments and institutional partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in general accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable management, and ledger maintenance.
- Experience with budgeting, cash flow management, and basic financial analysis.
- Comfort with accounting software and MS Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, financial models).
- Knowledge of local taxation regulations, compliance standards, and audit procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an educational services or consultancy environment is beneficial.
