Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with robust knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance with statutory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts , ledgers, and vouchers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash/bank balances




- Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel
- Assist in GST compliance : returns, reconciliations, and filings
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal controls
- Coordinate with project teams for expense tracking and cost allocation
- Assist in statutory audits and respond to auditor queries

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com) or equivalent
- 1-3years of relevant accounting experience (EPC/Infrastructure preferred)
- Proficiency in Tally ERP
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Mandatory to travel other states based on project coordination submissions
