Role Description The Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagaur. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing timely reports. The Accountant will handle accounts payable and receivable, assist in month-end and year-end closing, and support budgeting and cost tracking.

Responsibilities also include reconciling bank statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies, and assisting with internal and external audits.



The role requires close collaboration with operations and management teams to provide accurate financial data that supports decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of core accounting principles, financial reporting, and ledger management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, including use of spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Understanding of taxation, compliance requirements, and audit procedures relevant to the manufacturing or construction sector.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA/ICWA or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an accountant or in a similar finance role, preferably within industrial or infrastructure-related businesses.
