Job Title: Accounts Manager

Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years

Note: Only Male Candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and account finalization.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns and maintain compliance with all applicable GST regulations.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, return filings, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for accounting and compliance matters.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance accounting efficiency.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, financial accounting, and statutory compliance is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Robust analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
