Key Responsibilities:

Core Accounting

- Manage and maintain accurate books of accounts across group entities.

- Pass accounting entries, review ledgers, and ensure compliance with

accounting standards.

- Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, receivables, and financial controls.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.

- Develop cash flow statements and financial performance reports.

- Support year-end financial statements, audits, and financial closing

processes.

Excel & Data Analysis:

- Build advanced Excel-based financial reports and models.

- Create structured financial dashboards, reconciliation reports, and

analytical summaries.





- Handle large financial datasets and improve reporting efficiency through automation and structured templates.

Leadership & Ownership

- Work closely with leadership on financial strategy and reporting.

- Take ownership of financial data accuracy and reporting quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications

- CA / MBA Finance

- Robust academic background in Accounting / Finance / Commerce

Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in core accounting

- Experience with financial reporting, MIS, and financial statements
