Role Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s accounting operations, ensure compliance, and maintain financial accuracy. The role requires robust ownership, timely execution, and zero-error financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers.
- Perform vendor/customer reconciliation.
- Conduct bank reconciliation (BRS).
- Prepare data for GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, reconciliation).
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction & return filing.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC & other statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor receivables and follow up for collections.




- Manage banking transactions efficiently.
- Coordination with Bank for FD, BG, NBFC.
- Ensuring EMIs, loan payments on time.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred)
- Experience in tendering company is a plus
- 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & statutory compliance
- Proficiency in ERP, MS Excel & google sheet.
